What qualifications do instructors have?

Our instructors are qualified with either an AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia, and are individually inducted by YOUR SWIM to ensure a high-quality lesson is provided to each student. Additionally, our instructors are certified in first aid and undergo consistent training, ensuring the highest standards of expertise and preparedness.

How do you maintain safety during a lesson? 

Prior to the first lesson, we conduct a comprehensive hazard assessment of your pool area, followed by an introduction of some basic guidelines for the student to follow before, during, and after the lesson.  This can be found in our Safety Policy which can be found on our Policies Page.

How do you structure your swim lessons?

When you invest in a swim package, it allows us the opportunity to strategize effectively towards your objectives. Through collaborative planning, we tailor swim sessions that are precisely aligned with your aspirations, ensuring a purposeful journey towards achieving your goals.

What equipment do I need?

Depending on the lesson type, all we ask for is goggles and suitable swimwear from you. From there, we handle everything else! For added comfort, we recommend anyone with long hair to wear a swim cap, ensuring an uninterrupted and focused swim experience.

How many people can be in a lesson?

For optimal individual attention and progress, we highly recommend one-on-one sessions.  This provides a premium service with an outstanding result.

What if I need to cancel my lesson?

We offer the option to reschedule your lesson to a mutually convenient time for both you and your instructor.  Unfortunately, cancelling a lesson impacts the instructors time and schedule and therefore we do not issue refunds for change of mind.
